The living area welcomes guests in an environment characterized by high vaults and allows the passage through 7 steps to the kitchen area, which includes both a traditional kitchen and a professional kitchen, equipped with all necessary accessories.
In the living area there is a large antique table, modern design lamps, a bouvette with ice machine, Nespresso coffee maker, milk / tea facilities and a marble bathroom.
In the traditional kitchen there are two artisan ovens with fine and decorated tiles, for pizza, cakes, food and a large marble countertop with a marble sink made by fine sculptors.

The interiors of the villa offer two exclusive junior suites and 3 private bathrooms, in rock and marble and two large latest-generation whirlpool baths. The use of local stone, comfortable designer beds, vaulted ceilings, parquet and lime-based plasters create an elegant atmosphere, in a game of alternating black and white.
The first junior suite can be reached from the inside of the villa, through a staircase of 8 steps, is about 55 square meters, with ceilings with wooden beams, oak parquet, double bed over kingsize with great comfort made according to a custom project and tailored , with hand-stitched cashmere mattress. To enrich the environment there is an extra-large Jacuzzi (200x200) of the latest Rexa design set and a fireplace. The junior suite offers direct access to a terrace overlooking the bay of Capo Conca and La Torre Saracena.
The second junior suite has access to the same terrace and to the same sea-view garden which the first one accesses and has an independent entrance equipped with mosquito net. It has a width of about 30 square meters and oak flooring. Welcomes guests a comfortable double bed by Desirèe design with a hand-stitched cashmere mattress and is dominated by essential lines and the white curves of the vaults that also characterize the bathroom, also equipped with a large Jacuzzi and shower. The bathrooms of the estate display sinks in Carrara white water marble sculpted by prestigious artists.
