PRIVATE VILLA The interior of 150 square meters consists of a large living area with living room and kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 double, + 2 with 2 bunk beds each), 3 bathrooms with shower and 3-commitments.
The furniture, both the inner and outer, is charming, very nice and it was made to measure by hand by local artisans respecting the traditions of Calabria, wrought iron, solid wood, marble and crystal. 2 sofas in the living room can be transformed into 2 double beds. The TV is satellite, there is also a CD player.
The kitchen, complete with everything, has dishwasher and washing machine built, conventional oven and ventilated by 90cm., Fridge freezer and also has many other small electric appliances (oven, blender, mixer, electric coffee machine, electric machine to do bread, grill / sandwich maker etc ...), it is also equipped with all the utensils to comfortably accommodate 10 people.
The house is rented furnished with all bed / bath / kitchen needed to stay 10 people.
Services included in the rental price: water / electricity / gas consumption; use of bed / bath / kitchen linen changed weekly's performed by service personnel.
With extra payment it is possible to have the cleaning service and shopping service and cook every day.
