The ground floor features a very spacious living-dining room divided  by a stone wall into different areas: the entertainment area with sofas, satellite TV and DVD player, reading room and formal dining area. From here one can access the garden terrace via French doors as well as go through to the kitchen.


The spectacular kitchen is a really lovely room, very light and attractive but still homely. It is fully-fitted with a central table with 5 hobs, 1 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, 2 American fridge and freezer etc. and also benefits from another large dining table, perfect for breakfast or more casual meals. 


Guests can also book a chef service in order to try delicious Tuscan specialties without even leaving the villa.


This level is completed by a two bedrooms room and bathroom with with private bathroom  shower.


Outside, a portico with iron tables to keep all the nature. 


Upstairs guests will meet with a second lounge area, also with an  satellite television , ADSL connection and sofas. 3 of the bedrooms are also found on this floor. 


The double bedrooms each with their own bathroom . Coordinating upholstery, wall colours and linen, unique to each room, give a soothing atmosphere and each room is fitted with air conditioning and internet connection.


The finals  two rooms  twin bedroom with bathroom  are located in the second floor tower . With windows on all sides it is very light and also affords a 360 degree view.

The Villa is set  in  a sunny hill where the garden extends down into  with centuries-old oak trees and plants and flowers. From this vantage point guests are able to fully appreciate the wonderful surroundings, rolling hills encompassing the local town, which is just 3 km away and has a variety of shops for your basic needs, a supermarket, restaurants and bars.




Located close to the house there is the attractive swimming pool (18x6m) and solarium- a real oasis of peace, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden also boasts two terraces, to the front and rear of the house, there is a barbecue here along with dining furniture making these ideal spots for al fresco meals or just a romantic drink watching the sunset.
