We was here with two families from Finland. We enjoy this place very well. The innkkeeper Rafaello was very friendly. The villa was in good condition and clean. Sights over all was nice. That all can\'t write here, You must feel it with You self :)
We were looking for a perfect escape from the busy side seeing towns of Tuscany and found it at CAS012. It is a few kilometres away from Chianciano Terme up the hill with magnificent views over the landscape of Tuscany. Only surrounded by large hay fields and small vineyards the comfortable and very clean house offers everything you need including a large and clean pool a few steps below the house with absolute privacy. The owner Raffaele is indeed a perfect and caring host. He came daily to ensure that everything is fine and he had always time for a nice conversation. On one night he even prepared a dinner for us, a speciality from the region, and we enjoyed a couple of good red wine from the region. Truly rememberable. I highly recommend this house for people who want to be in a quiet and romantic place only surrounded by nature. It\'s location is also ideal for daily tours to the neighbouring towns, such as Arezzo, Assisi, Montalcino, Montepulciano, or even Firence and Rome (advise to take a train from nearby Chiusi).
I can\'t recommend this place highly enough for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We\'ve just been to CAS012 for the second time, and it was just as good as the first time! We stayed in the first floor apartment both times - there are two which can be rented separately, or if you have a bigger group, you can rent the whole house. The apartment itself is clean, well furnished and well maintained. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained - Raffaele, the owner, comes to clean it every day. The apartment is a few milometres outside Chianciano Terme, so you will need to drive. It is in a beautiful location in the middle of the countryside; the only noises you hear are from the local farms. Raffaele is a generous host, and attentive without being overbearing. Montepulciano and Pienza are close by to visit. We\'ve also driven from here to Perugia, San Gimignano, Siena etc, so this is a good base for exploring Tuscany.
