The property is a unique farmhouse of the 19th century in search built with the characteristic local black stone, which is located a few miles from the town of Orvieto.
This house can accommodate 10 guests in total and consists of large common areas + 5 double bedrooms each with private bath. Inside are three fireplaces and outside of the house is a large traditional wood oven for baking bread, pizza baking or roast meat, as well as an infinity pool (14 x 7 meters). Behind the house is a large porch sheltered area with a large dining table.
Fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery, stereo, TV and free internet access.
A number of fruit trees and a vegetable garden managed professionally by about 1000 square meters are available to guests.
Part owned land surrounding the house (about 1 hectare) is fully fenced to ensure the safety of our pet guests.
