The villa is about 200 square meters. It is on two floors including two mezzanine floors walkable.


Ground floor there is a living room with stone fireplace with TV and music area, a bathroom, an ideal elegant and spacious sofa and an armchair to enjoy moments of reading in the study, at the ground floor there is a large lounge with dining area and a built-in kitchen equipped with all the facilities, the rooms are very bright and have windows to admire and go outdoors.


First floor access via stone staircase with beautiful decorations, in the floor there are 1 double bedroom furnished in style, and 1 large master bedroom with a fireplace and a mezzanine, office area studio with a loft where we find one bedroom with two single beds convertible into double bed.
